Hollies yoga tribe class is a powerful vinyasa flow style yoga influenced by her experiences from spending time with different tribes around Asia. Her classes are a blend of both ancient and modern practices to uplift, strengthen and calm the body and mind. Classes inspire and empower students through a dynamic practice of yogic exercise, meditation and breath work to develop health, vitality and self awareness.Hollie sequences her flows to a rhythmic tribal drum beat, with a variety of native influences in her music from around the globe. Her dynamic flows incorporate stretching, strengthening, building core strength, sun salutations, inversions, arm balances and backbends. Suitable for all levels.

One to one sessions are completely customaed to your ability. A one to one gives you the opportunity to really focus on what area you would like to focus on more, weather is gaining more flexibility, building more strength or have a longer meditation. You don't have the pressure of having to keep up with a class. As all of my attention as your teacher is on you, you are able to progress a lot faster in your practice. Working closely on your alignment in every pose will enable you to fully understand the poses and get more out of the session.
